- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid the following day in the agency

Very cozy apartment close to sea. Good thoughtful layout with a well equipped kitchen and aircon that allowed a peaceful night sleep from the summer heat. The private terrace was wonderful for late night socialising under the stars. We loved the holisee more

Very smooth communication with Mate and he was very helpful at checking in to the appartment. Absolutely recommend this place.

The apartment was incredible, it had a very neat design to it. Everything was clean when we settled in. It was a totally new building, so we were the first guests there. The best thing was how close it is to the sea, taking no more than 5 minutes by see more

The best thing was how close it is to the sea, taking no more than 5 minutes by foot. The host, Mate, was very reliable. Whenever we needed something he responded asap. The balcony was incredible for those sunny mornings, even better with a cup of coffee.
