We loved the apartment (4 adults, 2 children): it is spacious, decorated with very good taste, everything looks like new, there are two bedrooms and an independent toilette, the kitchen has all the appliances (dishwasher, oven, capsule coffee machine, etc.), washing machine, good quality wifi, AC in each room, the host Mate was very helpful and available any time for any questions/ requests. There is a great terrace with a beautiful view and chairs, a sun terrace on the rooftop. It is close to Zadar and in a quiet location directly on the beach. parking is in front of the 3 story building. The beach is steps away and the water is just so clean and beautiful.

The guests from the ground floor played loud music even after 10pm one night but we informed the host Mate and he contacted them. The 2nd night was very quiet.

Walking distance (for us) to local shops and restaurants, just please keep in mind that walking to them takes going up quite steep hill. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one extra toilet. Close to decent local beach, clean sea. If you have own car can enjoy proximity of local tourist attractions.

After that I was calling manager couple of times reporting lack of hot water. Problem was not solved. Water was warmish at most. Even morning shower before leaving the place was in cold water. If not for that I would grant 10 instead of 8 in my review.

Господар чудовий хлопець, нас поселив, був дуже привітний, всім необхідним нас забезпечив. Приємно, що є такі щирі і хороші люди. Помешкання однозначно рекомендую!
