Villa Adria is modern vacation house located in Kožino only 20m from nice pebble beach which is suitable for children. House is on two floors, on first floor it has a big living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen and a winter garden with barbicue and big terrace. On the first floor house has a three bedrooms ( two with double bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms, big living room, kitchen with dining area and big balcony with beautful seaview on Zadar archipelago.
House is located in very quiet neighborhood which is ideal for relaxing vacation with family. Our location is ideal for families, group of friends and couples who want to spend a perfect vacation with a lot of sun, sea, adventures and acticvities like diving, water sports, swimming, fishing, sailing, Islands boat tours, etc...
Kožino is a peaceful village 5 km from the city of Zadar.
Pine forest, beaches and a beautiful crystal clear water makeit a perfect quiet holiday destination. Historical cities ofZadar and Nin are just a short ride away and provide manyhistoric and cultural attractions and events. Day trips are possible to the nearby islands of the Zadar Archipelago.
Positioned ideally as at least seven National and Nature Parks are within one hour drive reach; Kornati, Telaščica,Plitvice, Krka, Sjeverni Velebit, Vransko jezero and Paklenica.
Our friendly staff at the reception will be available if you should need any advice or help, while making sure that everything else works perfectly at a level that you deserve during your stay in Villa Adria.

Lots of space both inside the house and in the garden. The upper balcony has seaview and the beach is just around the corner. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom, with these included the villa has 4 bathrooms in total. Outside next to the barbecue tsee more

We were there with family and friends - 8 people in total - but were given only one key for the house. On the day of arrival we asked the owner if he could bring us one more key. He told us he would bring it on monday (checkin was on saturday), but hsee more

He told us he would bring it on monday (checkin was on saturday), but he never came. Some of the external blinds were stuck, so we could not enter one of the balconies. The pans in the kitchen are very old and should be replaced. One day it was quite loud with some teenagers - maybe the village youngsters - were playing loud music at the car park of the next villa.

Tolles Großes Haus Wahren 6 Leute hatten fast jeder nen eigenes Zimmer mit Doppelbett für sich! Und eigenes Bad 🤣 Der weg zur Dusche ist bald genau so weit wie der zum Meer! Gibt nix zu Meckern!! Würden sofort wieder hinfahren !
