Ground Floor (90m2)
The ground floor comprises a spacious air-conditioned living room (30m2) with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The living room opens onto a split-level courtyard featuring a shaded terrace (20m2) and a private heated pool (28m2) with a shower and sun loungers.
Bedroom 1 (10m2) - equipped with a single bed, pull-out bed, and TV.
Bedroom 2 (10m2) - furnished with a single bed and TV.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are cooled by a common air conditioning unit in the living room.
Basement (95m2)
Designed for entertainment, the basement features a spacious room (40m2) with games including darts, billiards, and table football, accompanied by a TV and relaxation area. Adjacent is a separate wellness area (15m2) with sauna, shower, and wooden loungers.
